We currently have a uptime on our main Sydney Server cluster of 99.975% with the downtime only attriibuted to crucial server reboot requirements on software and kernel updates which is done between 02:00-04:00AEST and we always send out a bulletin when we are doing major server and infrastructure upgrades.
